انتقد النائب المستقبل كاظم الفياض، اليوم السبت (8 حزيران 2024)، تحويل شوارع العاصمة بغداد الى ثكنة عسكرية بسبب الانتشار الأمني والعسكري الكثيف فيها بعد سلسلة الهجمات التي تعرضت لها بعض المطاعم والشركات الامريكية.

وقال الفياض في حديث صحفي ان “ضبط الامن امر ضروري ومهم لمنع الاعتداءات على أي من الشركات والمطاعم، فهذه الهجمات لها سلبيات كبيرة وخطيرة وتؤثر على الوضع الاقتصادي والاستثماري في العراق”.

وبين ان “الانتشار الأمني وجعل شوارع بغداد عبارة عن ثكنة عسكرية ليس هو الحل لضبط الامن والاستقرار وهذا الانتشار يعطي رسائل سلبية، فيجب تفعيل دور الأجهزة الاستخباراتية بمنع أي تحرك خارج عن القانون قبل وقوعه، خاصة ان بعض الهجمات على المطاعم تمت بوجود هذا الانتشار الأمني غير المبرر”.

وشهدت الايام الماضية استهداف او محاولة استهداف قرابة 12 مطعما ومعملا ومؤسسة في بغداد وعدد من المحافظات، معظمها تابعة او تحمل اسماء وكالات وشركات اجنبية لكنها مملوكة لرجال اعمال عراقيين، تحت مبرر “نصرة غزة”.

واعلنت وزارة الداخلية اعتقال اكثر من 10 اشخاص متورطين بـ”غزوات المطاعم” وتم توقيفهم وفق المادة 4 ارهاب، ولاتزال تبحث عن متهمين اخرين.

وقبيل إعلان الوزارة عن اعتقال المنفذين لهذه الهجمات، أفادت مصادر عسكرية بصدور أوامر عليا بتعزيز الانتشار الأمني في شوارع العاصمة بغداد ونزول قوات من مكافحة الارهاب الى الشوارع في المناطق الحيوية والمهمة، فيما انتشرت قوات من فوج المهام الخاصة بالشوارع الأخرى من مناطق بغداد.
