دعت نقابة المعلمين فرع السليمانية، اليوم الثلاثاء، (26 آذار 2024)، حكومة إقليم كردستان إلى منح الموظفين والمعلمين حرية الاختيار في فتح الحسابات المصرفية بالبنوك الاتحادية أو بنوك الإقليم، مطالبة بتوزيع راتبي شباط وآذار قبل عطلة عيد الفطر. 

وقالت النقابة في بيان تلقته “شيروباك نيوز، “نقترح أن توزع حكومة الإقليم رواتب شهري شباط وآذار قبل عطلة عيد الفطر، وألا تغدو الرواتب مادة خبرية متداولة في وسائل الإعلام”. 

وأضافت أن “حكومة الإقليم قامت بتوزيع 4 رواتب فقط في غضون 9 أشهر، ناهيك عن رواتب العام الماضي المدخرة التي سببت أزمة معيشية قاسية للمواطنين والموظفين”.

وطالبت النقابة بـ”منح المعليمن والموظفين حرية الاختيار في فتح الحسابات المصرفية في البنوك الاتحادية أو بنوك الإقليم، كإجراء لإنهاء أزمة الرواتب”.

وكانت المحكمة الاتحادية العليا، قررت في 21 شباط الماضي، إلزام كل من محمد شياع السوداني رئيس مجلس الوزراء الاتحادي، ورئيس حكومة اقليم كردستان مسرور بارزاني بتوطين رواتب الموظفين والعاملين في القطاع العام لدى المصارف الاتحادية.

يشار الى ان الدفعة المالية الأخيرة التي أطلقتها بغداد لتغطية رواتب موظفي إقليم كردستان كانت 37.123 مليار دينار وبهذا تجاوز إجمالي المبلغ الذي أطلقته 600 مليار دينار.

لكن حكومة إقليم كردستان تقول إن هناك عجزاً وأنها ستبدأ بتوزيع رواتب الموظفين عندما تتلقى الأموال المخصصة لصرف رواتب القوات الأمنية والبيشمركة أيضاً.
