تتجه أسعار النفط نحو الارتفاع لليوم الثاني على التوالي، اليوم الثلاثاء ( 26 آذار 2024)، بعدما زادت بأكثر من دولار عند التسوية يوم الاثنين وسط توقعات بتقلص الإمدادات بسبب تخفيضات الإنتاج الروسية والهجمات على المصافي (TADAWUL:2030) الروسية.

وارتفع خام برنت 23 سنتا إلى 86.98 دولار للبرميل بحلول الساعة 0118 بتوقيت جرينتش. وصعدت العقود الآجلة للخام الأمريكي 28 سنتا إلى 82.23 دولار.

ووفقا لمذكرة من محللي إيه.إن.زد، فقد زادت أسعار النفط بسبب أمور تتعلق بحجم المعروض واستمرار التوتر في الشرق الأوسط.

وأغلق الخامان على ارتفاع بمقدار 1.32 دولار عند التسوية في جلسة التداول السابقة.

وطلبت روسيا من شركات النفط التابعة لها خفض الإنتاج لتحقيق هدف منظمة الدول المصدرة للنفط (أوبك) وهو تسعة ملايين برميل يوميا. وفي أواخر فبراير شباط، كانت روسيا تنتج نحو 9.5 مليون برميل يوميا.

وفي الوقت نفسه، استمرت الهجمات الأوكرانية على مصافي النفط الروسية. واضطرت مصفاة كويبيشيف الروسية إلى وقف نصف طاقتها الانتاجية بعد اندلاع حريق هناك صباح يوم السبت.

ويوم الاثنين، اعتمد مجلس الأمن التابع للأمم المتحدة قرارا يدعو إلى وقف إطلاق النار بين إسرائيل وحركة المقاومة الإسلامية الفلسطينية (حماس) بعد امتناع الولايات المتحدة عن التصويت.

لكن المحللين ليسوا واثقين من أن التوصل إلى وقف لإطلاق النار في قطاع غزة سيوقف هجمات جماعة الحوثي اليمنية والتي أدت إلى تعطيل طرق الشحن في البحر الأحمر.

وبعد التصويت، ألغى رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو زيارة وفد للولايات المتحدة لمناقشة الغزو الإسرائيلي المزمع لمدينة رفح في قطاع غزة، والذي يعارضه حلفاء إسرائيل.

وتقول الولايات المتحدة إن موقفها لم يتغير، لكن الخلاف أثار تساؤلات حول ما إذا كانت الولايات المتحدة ستقيد المساعدات العسكرية لإسرائيل إذا مضت قدماً في الاجتياح البري لرفح.
