أصدرت الولايات المتحدة، الثلاثاء، عقوبات جديدة تتعلق بسوريا والإرهاب والوسطاء الماليين والتجاريين للحوثيين وحزب الله اللبناني وفيلق القدس الإيراني.

وقالت وزارة الخزانة الأميركية في بيان على موقعها الإلكتروني إن “العقوبات الخاصة بالشبكة المالية الخاصة بالحوثيين، والأنشطة غير المشروعة لفيلق القدس التابع للحرس الثوري الإيراني، تشمل 6 كيانات وفردا واحدا، وسفينتين شاركتا في تسهيل شحنات السلع والخدمات المالية”.

وأشارت الوزارة إلى أن “هذا الإجراء هو الجولة السادسة من العقوبات التي تستهدف شبكة الميسر المالي للحوثيين سعيد الجمال، المدعوم من الحرس الثوري الإيراني منذ ديسمبر 2023”.

وحسب بيان آخر للوزارة الخزانة، فرض مكتب مراقبة الأصول الأجنبية التابع لها، الثلاثاء أيضا، عقوبات على 11 فردا وكيانا يدعمون نظام بشار الأسد من خلال تسهيل التحويلات المالية غير المشروعة والاتجار بالمخدرات.

واعتبرت الوزارة أن نظام الأسد يواصل استخدام مجموعة متنوعة من المخططات للتهرب من العقوبات ومواصلة حملته القمعية الطويلة الأمد ضد مواطنيه، بما في ذلك الاتجار بالمخدرات غير المشروعة.
