تعديل قانون المهن الصحية “يسلب” العلوميين التعيين المركزي بعد 3 أعوام من منحه

كشف مقترح برلماني في تعديل قانون المهن الصحية عن “سلب” المهن الساندة، حق التعيين المركزي بعد 3 أعوام من منحه لهم.

وذكر بيان رسمي صادر عن البرلمان تلقته شيروباك نيوز ان، “مقترح قانون التعديل الأول لقانون تدرج ذوي المهن الطبية والصحية جاء من أجل تعيين ذوي المهن الطبية والصحية والساندة في مؤسسات وزارة الصحة من الخريجين للأعوام المقبلة والملتحقين بالدراسة في العام الدراسي 2024، 2025 وما بعده وبحسب احتياجات الوزارة”.

يشار الى انه سبق ان أجرى مجلس النواب تعديلاً للقانون في 2019 ومنح المهن الساندة من بينهم العلوميين نسبة 10% من درجات التعيين المركزي سنويًا، لكن التعديل الجديد سلبها مجددًا، واصبح التعيين وفقًا للاحتياج بعد 3 سنوات فقط من منحهم نسبة من التعيين.

وكان مجلس النواب، أنهى في جلسته المنعقدة اليوم الاربعاء، القراءة الأولى لمقترح قانون التعديل الرابع لقانون تدرج ذوي المهن الطبية والصحية رقم (6) لسنة 2000.
